![]() ![]() It is key to have the understanding when saving $50 costs you in the big picture. One of Suzanne’s most impressive strengths is her understanding of value. Her success in really understanding who we were as a family, resulted in a showcase home, that even now (11 years later) still receives “ooses and ahhs” from visitors. Suzanne’s expertise so impressed me, that I talked her into working with my wife and I on our personal residence. Her design talents resulted in a lively, fun, attractive school that impressed our students and the community as a whole. Once again her ability to get the most “bang for the buck” was key in the success of the project. She worked on the furnishings, finishes, colors and product specifications. (Which allowed me to retire early!!) My most recent project with Suzanne was a 40,000 square foot private high school. Her design work translated our homes into marketable models, which was an instrumental part of our company’s amazing success over a 12 year period. She was always comfortable working with budgets, changes, schedules and product availability. Her interior designs always showcased our product at it’s best, regardless of whether it was an entry level townhouse or a million dollar luxury home. ![]() Suzanne’s aptitude to work with color and texture is unparalleled! I have worked with a number of high-end interior designers and I have never seen such inherent ability in creating breath-taking color palettes. She was able to then turn around and present our model homes with interior designs that highlighted all of the special features of our homes. Suzanne worked with our staff and our Architect in areas such as, floor plan development, design, furniture layout, finishes, color selection and specifications. She was always an integral member of our early design team. I first worked with Suzanne Hanzal as a residential homebuilder. “My experience has been over a vast range of services and projects spanning almost 20 years. You are so amazing in what you do! I am so grateful for you! I love working with you.that is part of the adventure! I wish we could have completed the original vision for the Natchez house with the textures and colors, because I loved the direction that was going.but we have the Deer Meadow property to begin planning!” It has been so fun! The furniture fits like a glove! You are so talented and have a gift for capturing what I like most in my spaces. However, this last time.every detail is amazing! I LOVE all the bathrooms, and all the special features we created together. Both times you have decorated this house it has been beautiful. I cried! As I cleaned this house for the final walk-through probably for the last time with all the furniture in place, I just admired my home! I am trying to put into words how very beautiful our home is and all because of you! This has been such a wonderful place with great memories. “Last night we signed the papers completing the sale of our house. ![]() Slide 1 Slide 1 (current slide) Slide 2 Slide 2 (current slide) Slide 3 Slide 3 (current slide) Slide 4 Slide 4 (current slide) Slide 5 Slide 5 (current slide) Slide 6 Slide 6 (current slide) Slide 7 Slide 7 (current slide) Slide 8 Slide 8 (current slide) Slide 9 Slide 9 (current slide) Slide 10 Slide 10 (current slide) Slide 11 Slide 11 (current slide) Slide 12 Slide 12 (current slide) Slide 13 Slide 13 (current slide) Slide 14 Slide 14 (current slide) Slide 15 Slide 15 (current slide) Slide 16 Slide 16 (current slide) Slide 17 Slide 17 (current slide) Slide 18 Slide 18 (current slide) Slide 19 Slide 19 (current slide) Slide 20 Slide 20 (current slide) Slide 21 Slide 21 (current slide) Slide 22 Slide 22 (current slide) Slide 23 Slide 23 (current slide) Slide 24 Slide 24 (current slide) Slide 25 Slide 25 (current slide) Slide 26 Slide 26 (current slide) Slide 27 Slide 27 (current slide) Slide 28 Slide 28 (current slide) Slide 29 Slide 29 (current slide) Slide 30 Slide 30 (current slide) Slide 31 Slide 31 (current slide) Slide 32 Slide 32 (current slide) ![]()
